Purchasing a commercial license for iReport entitles you to technical support from Oakleaf Consultancy Limited. If you encounter a fault with iReport after you have purchased a license, you can email Oakleaf, detailing the following information:- Fixes to iReport bugs will be released as patches to existing versions. We will continue to support an old version of iReport until six months after a subsequent major release version is released. You are also welcome to suggest changes and improvements to iReport. Any changes to the functionality of iReport (as opposed to fixes for faults) will only be available in new releases. Oakleaf are continuously developing iReport and we will, in the future, be bringing out new releases. If you are an existing customer, you will be able to purchase these new versions as an upgrade to your current version at a reduced price.
