The demo version of iReport, that is available for download here, is the Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Access version. For all other versions of iReport, please contact Oakleaf Consultancy Ltd for more information. Installation of non Windows/Access versions is slightly more complicated due to licensing restrictions on the Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL databases. If you already own a license to one of these databases, Oakleaf can easily supply you with iReport and instructions on how to install it on these platforms.
The downloadable demo comes complete with its own installer. By following the instructions in the installation guide you can have iReport up and running on your PC within a short time. Please note that iReport is licensed software, and, upon installation, you will have to agree to the iReport Software License Agreement, or you will not be allowed to use the iReport software.
The demo is a fully featured version of iReport, but one which will stop working after 30 days. If you wish to continue to use iReport after that time, you will need to purchase a full license from us. You will NOT lose any information you have stored in the system during the demo period.
Once you have installed iReport, please follow the examples and instructions in the case study, user and administration guides listed on this site to set up and use the system.
