Click on the download link to get the latest demo version of iReport for Windows.
Save the executable file in an empty folder, and then follow the installation instructions given in the installation guide.
New features of iReport V3.1 include:
Add file attachments to reports for future reference.
Search for open and closed issues using many criteria, including text of issues and reports.
